Available in our retail area at the Shotover Jet River Base is the unique Shotover Jet range of clothing and souvenirs. This quality range has been designed especially for Shotover Jet and makes a great take home memory of your trip, or, as a gift for family and friends. Our friendly retail staff will be happy to help you with any retail, photography or video enquiries.
Photography Service
Professional photographers and exclusive ‘Jet Cam’ video (video cameras mounted on your Jet Boat) will capture your Shotover Jet experience. Photos and video highlights are available for ‘no obligation’ viewing immediately after your trip and are available for purchase in a take-home ‘Photo-Pack’ or ‘Video-Pack’.
Shuttle Service
Shotover Jet operates a complimentary shuttle service to and from Queenstown and our river base. Courtesy shuttles depart from ‘The Station’ Information Centre, corner Shotover and Camp Streets in downtown Queenstown, and our Shotover Jet river base up to every fifteen minutes. This service is free to all our Jet Boat customers and spectators are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle service on a space available basis. You are welcome to drive to Shotover Jet yourself; there is plenty of public car parking available.

Important Information
Season:
Shotover Jet operates every day of the year (weather and river conditions permitting) except Christmas day
Location:
Shotover Jet is located at Arthurs Point, 7kms from Queenstown, and is the only company permitted to operate in the spectacular Shotover River Canyons
Departures:
Two ‘Big Red’ Jet Boats depart up to every 15 minutes
Capacity:
Each ‘Big Red’ Jet Boat carries a maximum of 14 passengers (small boats, big thrills!)
Transport:
Complimentary shuttle transfers depart from ‘The Station’ Information Centre, corner Shotover and Camp Streets, in downtown Queenstown up to every 15 minutes
Spectators:
Anyone is welcome to visit our River Base and watch the Jet Boats and spectators are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle service on a space available basis
Self Drive:
You are welcome to drive to Shotover Jet yourself; there is plenty of public car parking available
