Shotover Jet Limited Terms and Conditions for NZ Golf Open Competition

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Shotover Jet Limited. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this competition.
  3. Entrants must follow the instructions on the Shotover Jet Limited Competition Facebook post and Shotover Jet website. 
  4. Entry is free. Only one entry by online (Shotover Jet Facebook page or Shotover Jet website) will be accepted per person. One additional entry can be obtained by referring someone who enters the competition via your unique URL.
  5. Dates: The competition closes on 26th February 2017 at 11.59pm. Winner will be drawn on the Shotover Jet Limited premises, 3 Gorge Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown, New Zealand.
  6. The prize: Two return flights to Queenstown from either Australia or New Zealand, 2 x full day entry to the NZ Golf Open 11 & 12 March 2017, Shotover Jet Ride for 2 people, helicopter scenic flight for two people, car hire and accommodation 10, 11 & 12 March 2017.
  7. Shotover Jet is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
  8. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
  9. Information: By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by Shotover Jet Limited or the promoter and that the promoter may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
  10. Not redeemable: The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  11. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
  12. Winner notification:  The winner will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days Shotover Jet Limited reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  13. The winner acknowledges that redemption of some prizes may require the winner to be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
  14. No liability: Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Shotover Jet Limited and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
  15. Entry is open to New Zealand and Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney) residents only. Employees of Shotover Jet Limited (a division of Ngāi Tahu Tourism) are not eligible to enter this promotion.
  16. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. All entries become the property of Shotover Jet Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. These details may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Shotover Jet Limited only.
  18. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Shotover Jet Limited in writing to Shotover Jet Limited, Marketing Department, PO Box 660, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.
