Please note: vaccine passes will no longer be required in line with Government advice. But we kindly ask that all visitors please follow health and safety protocols on our premises.

What we're doing to keep you safe:
We require all kaimahi (staff) and encourage manuhiri (visitors) to wear masks at our site. Free masks will be available onsite. Onboard the boats, masks are required for our drivers and all passengers 12+ years are encouraged to wear one. Our boats and life jackets are carefully cleaned after every trip.

Mask use is mandatory indoors and encouraged outdoors and on our vessels at Shotover Jet for anyone over the age of 12. Masks will be available on site.
Yes, any bookings affected by COVID-19 can be refunded or moved to another date. For all other booking our standard terms and conditions apply.
Lifejackets are disinfected between each use, boat hand rails wiped between each use, beach unit and jetty touch points are wiped down during setup and all our customer facing areas cleaned regularly during the day.
