ONLINE AND EVENT SHOTOVER JET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We, Shotover Jet Limited, (“the promoter”) appreciate your custom and aspire to provide a friendly, exciting and safe experience. In participating in this activity, you, the passenger (“you”), agree to the following terms and conditions:

Shotover Jet - Prezzy Card Promotion 2023:

  1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is only persons aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Persons"), Shotover Jet and Te Runga o Ngai Tahu employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  3. To enter, an eligible participant must answer the question at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RPLF6M6 and follow the prompts to enter their details. This will give the eligible participant one entry into the draw.
  4. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person per day.  
  5. Promotion commences 4:00pm Thursday 2 November 2023and closes 11:59pm Thursday 9 November 2023 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
  6.   At the end of the Promotional Period, one winner who completed the survey will be randomly drawn from the prize pool on Friday the 10th of November 2023 and will win: A $250 Prezzy Card (New Zealand dollars).
  7.   Prize winner will be contacted via email on Friday the 10th of November to arrange prize delivery. If the email address invalid or the prize winner does not respond within 2 working days the prize will be redrawn.

Shotover Jet - Valentines Day 2024:

  1. Book an Adult pass and receive a Free T-shirt
  2. Minimum of two (2) Adults per booking
  3. Must use promotional code LOVESOJ to redeem promotion
  4. Promotion is valid for bookings purchased 1st February 2024 - 15th February 2024 for travel dates 14th February 2024 - 14th March 2024
  5. Promotion is not valid on Child or Family Passes.
  6. Free T-shirt is provided by Shotover Jet on day of departure from Shotover Jet, 3 Arthurs Point Base. T-Shirt is selected at the discretion of Shotover Jet.
  7. Shotover Jet remains the right to cancel or pause the promotion at any time without prior warning.
